To provide the core app experience, we store library items, statuses, ratings, personal notes, yearly goals, progress, language preferences, and theme preferences.

If you purchase Trackenly Premium, payments are handled by Apple App Store. We do not store or access your credit card or billing details.

We use your data to provide and maintain Trackenly, sync your personal library, manage your account, verify subscription status, and send essential service emails such as password reset messages.

We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.

Trackenly stores data with Supabase, including authentication and PostgreSQL database services.

We use standard security measures such as encrypted connections and secure session handling. We collect only the data needed for the app to function.

Trackenly may integrate with Supabase, TMDB, Google Books API, and Apple App Store to provide authentication, database storage, media metadata, book information, and in-app purchase handling.

These services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

You can view and update your profile and library data in the app.

You may request a copy of your data or delete your account. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data and library items from active databases.

Trackenly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
